Either a soup du jour or fresh garden salad

Eggplant Parmesan

Two slices of eggplant breaded and fried, then stuffed with ricotta, parmesan, and mozzarella. Baked with homemade marinara and served over linguini.

Organic Quinoa Stir Fry

Organic quinoa “the mother grain” (an ancient whole grain high in proteins and iron) sautéed with fresh seasonal vegetables from Doyle’s garden.

Lemon Pepper Chicken

Grilled chicken breast seasoned with lemon, garlic, pepper and herbs, served with choice of potato or rice and seasonal vegetable.

Shrimp Scampi

6 jumbo shrimp sautéed in a garlic, butter, lemon and white wine sauce, served over linguini.

Mountain Trout

Whole butterflied trout from here in Cherokee County.  Broiled and topped with lemon juice and toasted almonds.

Grilled Prime Rib

10 oz. Black Angus Prime Rib grilled or blackened and served with choice of potato or rice and seasonal vegetable.

Grouper Polonaise

Fresh Basa Grouper Filet encrusted with blue crab and a lemon herb polonaise, baked and served with choice of potato or rice and seasonal vegetable
