Organic quinoa “the mother grain” (an ancient whole grain high in proteins and iron) sautéed with fresh seasonal vegetables from Doyle’s garden.

Lemon Pepper Chicken

Grilled chicken breast seasoned with lemon, garlic, pepper and herbs, served with choice of potato or rice and seasonal vegetable.

Shrimp Scampi

6 jumbo shrimp sautéed in a garlic, butter, lemon and white wine sauce, served over linguini.

Mountain Trout

Whole butterflied trout from here in Cherokee County.  Broiled and topped with lemon juice and toasted almonds.
